Note: These are first figures; they are confirmed on test servers (Windows Server 2016 to 2025, Windows 10 and 11) before the first release. Setup checks that the server has at least 8 GB of memory.

What grows on disk

  • The database: call records, CRM records and contact-centre conversations. It grows with your call volume and the history you keep.
  • Attachments (C:\ProgramData\Telyzer\attachments): files in contact-centre email.
  • Logs (C:\ProgramData\Telyzer\logs): 10 MB per file, 14 days, at most 1 GB.
  • Backups: keep them on another disk or a network share, not only next to the database.

System → Health shows the disk that holds the data folder: it turns to Needs attention at 85% used and Not working at 95%. Call records keep arriving and need space, so act at the first warning: free space, or move the data folder to a larger drive.

Network

  • A fixed IP address and a DNS name for the server.
  • Phone systems on the same network send straight to the server; remote sites use a relay over HTTPS (see the IT security sheet for ports).
  • Internet access is optional: without it, licences are activated with a request file and updates are uploaded by hand.
