Reports, exports & schedules

Ready reports with their definitions, PDF, Excel and CSV exports, and reports delivered by email on a schedule.

Open Reports to see the standard reports. Each one shows How this is calculated, and all use the same filters: date range, site, direction, outcome, extension, number and after hours. Times are each site's local time.

Your own reports

Build a report opens the report builder: group calls by one or two dimensions, pick up to ten measures, and save. Saved reports sit alongside the standard ones and can be exported, scheduled and read over the API like any other. The report builder is part of the Business and Enterprise plans, and available during the trial.

Exporting

Export offers PDF report, Excel workbook and CSV (data). Exports use the filters on screen, in English or Arabic. On screen, long reports show the first rows only; export to Excel or CSV for everything.

  • PDF and Excel carry your logo, colours and footer from Branding & email.
  • CSV is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel shows Arabic correctly.

Scheduled reports

Open Scheduled reports → New schedule and choose:

FieldOptions
FrequencyEvery day, every week (on a weekday), every month (on a day of the month), or quarterly (on a day in January, April, July and October), at the time you choose.
CoversPrevious day, previous 7 days, previous week, previous month, month to date, previous quarter or quarter to date.
AttachmentsPDF, Excel and/or CSV.
LanguageEnglish or Arabic.
RecipientsEmail addresses, separated by commas.

Schedules run in your organization's timezone. You can Pause, Resume or Send now, and each schedule shows its next and last run with the result: Sent, Failed or Skipped.

Bursting: each department or site gets its own slice

With Send separately per department or site, the recipients above get the whole report, and each person you list under a department or site gets only that department's or site's calls. Slices are worked out when the report runs, using departments as they are at that moment. Create departments under Extensions & departments.

Attachments or secure links

Send files asHow it works
Email attachmentsFiles travel with the email, up to 7 MB in total.
Secure download linksEach file gets a private link that works for 7 days. Larger reports fit, and nothing sensitive sits in mailboxes.

Under Recipients & report links you can also require a sign-in for links, so only signed-in members of your organization can open them. Use it for sensitive reports.

Who receives reports

  • Allowed recipient domains (for example company.com) limits where reports and alerts can go. Left empty, any address is allowed.
  • Members of your organization, and colleagues on your allowed domains, receive reports straight away.
  • Anyone else first gets one confirmation email and receives nothing until they agree.
  • Every report and alert email goes to one recipient at a time, with a personal unsubscribe link (one-click in Gmail and Outlook). Unsubscribing stops only your organization's reports and alerts; account emails such as sign-in, password and invoices are not affected.
  • Addresses that bounce stop receiving mail. Recipients & report links shows each address as Waiting for confirmation, Confirmed, Unsubscribed or Bounced.
  • Emails come from Telyzer's reports address, or from your own domain once you connect it under Branding & email → Send from your own domain.
