Telyzer turns the call records your phone system already produces into reports, alerts and a live wallboard. There is nothing to install on a server, and most Avaya IP Office systems connect directly. This page takes you from sign-up to your first report; the Overview page in the portal tracks the same steps under Get set up.
1. Create your workspace
Go to app.telyzer.com/signup and enter your company name, your full name, your company's country, your work email and a password of at least 10 characters. Create workspace starts your 14-day free trial straight away. No card is needed.
We email you a link to confirm your address. Confirm it so we can secure your account and deliver reports; until then a banner in the portal reminds you and can send the link again.
During and after the trial
- The trial includes every feature, including the report builder and API keys.
- Usage & billing shows when the trial ends, your usage against the plan limits, the plans and your invoices.
- Choosing a plan sends us a request. We issue a VAT invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer or, where offered, by card from Usage & billing. Your plan starts when the payment is recorded.
- If the trial ends without a plan, reports pause but calls keep being collected, so nothing is lost while you decide.
2. Add a site
A site is a branch or office with its own phone system. Open Sites → Add site and enter the site name, country and timezone (the address is optional). The country sets the site's working week, and report times are shown in each site's local time. You can add more sites at any time.
3. Connect your phone system
Open PBX connectors → Add connector, choose the site, and pick how call records reach Telyzer:
| Connection | Use it when | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Direct push (no install) | Avaya IP Office can send to the internet on one outbound TCP port. | Connect Avaya IP Office |
| Telyzer Relay (Windows PC) | You need encryption, no PBX traffic to the internet, or records kept through long internet outages. | Windows Lite Relay |
| Telyzer Relay + SFTP | You run Avaya Aura Communication Manager. | Avaya Aura CM |
| File import | You want to load history from files, or try Telyzer before connecting live. | Import files |
Each plan allows a number of phone systems (1 on Starter, 3 on Business, 10 on Enterprise).
4. Make a test call
Make an external call to or from the site and hang up. Phone systems report a call when it ends, so its record arrives a few seconds after you hang up. The connector's status moves from Waiting for first connection to Connected, no calls yet and then Receiving.
5. Read your first report
Open Reports and choose a report; Executive summary is a good start. Every report explains how it is calculated and can be exported to PDF, Excel or CSV.
Extensions appear automatically under Extensions & departments as calls arrive. Give them display names and group them into departments, so reports read the way your organization works.
Then schedule the reports your managers need (see Reports, exports & schedules) and invite colleagues from Team → Invite people.
