Hosting in the UAE
Telyzer runs on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region (Dubai). Call records, reports and backups stay in that region, and email is sent through Azure Communication Services with data located in the UAE. Telyzer receives call records only: who, when, how long. It never receives or stores call audio or conversations.
Each organization is kept apart
- Every request re-checks your membership, account status and permissions in the database. Deactivating a user or removing a membership ends their session at once.
- Every table holding organization data is protected by row-level security in the database itself, so a query can only ever see one organization's rows.
- Records that refer to each other carry the organization as part of the key, so one organization's data cannot point at another's.
Masked numbers
External phone numbers are partly hidden unless your role has permission to see them in full; the call list notes when numbers are masked. API keys follow the same rule and show full numbers only with the calls.unmask scope.
Support access is granted by you, and logged
Telyzer's support tools show operational information only (subscription, connector health), never your calls. If you want our support team, or your partner, to look at call data, grant it on the Audit log page under Support access:
- Choose who (Telyzer support or your partner) and for how long: 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days, with an optional reason.
- They see call records with numbers masked, never recordings or conversation content.
- Access ends by itself, or at once with End access now. Every look appears in the log.
Sign-in and audit
- Email confirmation, passwords of at least 10 characters, and 2-step sign-in with an authenticator app. Team shows who has 2-step sign-in on.
- Platform staff and partner administrators must use 2-step sign-in.
- Audit log records every change in your organization, newest first.
- Every connection to the portal, the API and the relay uses TLS. Direct-push SMDR is the exception: IP Office sends it unencrypted (see Connect Avaya IP Office).
How long history is kept
Call history is kept for your plan's history period, counted in whole months: 6 months on Starter, 12 on Business and 24 on Enterprise. Older call history is deleted automatically, and each deletion is recorded as an audit event. Organization owners can export reports at any time.
Email and payments
- Report and alert emails go to one recipient at a time, with an unsubscribe link; people outside your organization confirm before they receive anything (see Who receives reports).
- Invoices paid by card are paid on the payment provider's hosted page; card details are not entered into Telyzer.
- If you use Telyzer through a partner, the portal may appear on the partner's own web address with their brand. Partners see setup and billing information for their customers, not their calls.
