How to connect Matrix ETERNITY / SARVAM (ETERNITY GE/ME/PE/LE/NE, SARVAM UCS) to Telyzer Cloud and to a Telyzer Server.
Values in dashed boxes are this organization's own: the portal's How to connect panel shows them filled in, with copy buttons.
SMDR Online over Ethernet (the PBX sends to Telyzer)
Recommended for Telyzer Cloud and Telyzer Server. Ethernet SMDR needs ETERNITY V8R10 or later.
Telyzer Cloud
- Log in as System Engineer and open Station Message Detail Recording > SMDR Online. For outgoing, incoming and internal calls set the destination port to Ethernet with the address and port below, and keep the default record format.
- If the PBX can reach the internet, enter this connector's address your Telyzer address and port your connector's port on the PBX (direct push) and add your office's public IP address to the connector's allowed addresses. Otherwise install the Telyzer Relay on a PC in the PBX's network and enter the relay PC's address the relay PC's address and port 33333 instead.
- Through the relay: it listens on port 33333; to accept records from the PBX only, run on the relay PC (PowerShell as Administrator):
telyzer-relay set-input --listen-port 33333 --allow your PBX's address, thenRestart-Service TelyzerRelay. - Log in as System Administrator, open SMDR Management > SMDR Online and press Start for each call type.
Telyzer Server
- As System Engineer set SMDR Online's destination to Ethernet with the address and port below for outgoing, incoming and internal calls; then as System Administrator start SMDR Online.
- Enter the server's built-in gateway address your Telyzer address and port your connector's port on the PBX, and allow that port through the Windows firewall on the server for the PBX's address.
| Enter on the PBX | Value |
|---|---|
| Address | your Telyzer address |
| Port | your connector's port |
Check that it works: Make a short outside call and an internal call. Within a minute the connector shows "First call record received"; if it shows records that were not read, open the raw line and send it to support.
Check that it works
- Make an external test call and hang up. The phone system sends the record when the call ends, so it arrives a few seconds later.
- In Telyzer, Waiting for the first call record turns green when the first record is read. If it shows a problem instead — no connection yet, connections refused, or records that could not be read — it names the cause and shows the line received.
