CDR files from the Collecting Agent (SFTP)

Recommended for Telyzer Cloud and Telyzer Server.

Telyzer Cloud

  1. Have your OpenScape 4000 partner set CDR output to FTFILE (AMO FEACG, SELG/SELS, GEZU) and the Collecting Agent in OpenScape 4000 Assistant to produce a delimited file (form 2 by default).
  2. In the Telyzer Relay add an SFTP collection from the Assistant (or point the Collecting Agent's output to the watched folder on the relay PC).
  3. To collect from the Assistant by SFTP, run on the relay PC (PowerShell as Administrator): telyzer-relay add-sftp --host <Assistant address> --user <login> --password <password> --dir <CDR folder>, then Restart-Service TelyzerRelay.
  4. To have the relay read the folder, run on the relay PC (PowerShell as Administrator): telyzer-relay watch-folder --dir the watched folder, then Restart-Service TelyzerRelay.

Telyzer Server

  1. Set CDR output to FTFILE and the Collecting Agent's delimited file, then add an SFTP collection on this connector, or deliver the files to the watched folder on the server.

Check that it works: Make a short outside call and an internal call. Within a minute the connector shows "First call record received"; if it shows records that were not read, open the raw line and send it to support.

Check that it works

  1. Make an external test call and hang up. The phone system sends the record when the call ends, so it arrives a few seconds later.
  2. In Telyzer, Waiting for the first call record turns green when the first record is read. If it shows a problem instead — no connection yet, connections refused, or records that could not be read — it names the cause and shows the line received.
