Billing files (.BF) by SFTP

Recommended for Telyzer Cloud and Telyzer Server.

Telyzer Cloud

  1. In OpenScape Voice Assistant open the CDR settings: switch on billing files and push them by SFTP to the relay PC's address the relay PC's address into the watched folder (or let the relay pull /cdr from both cluster nodes).
  2. To pull the billing files, run on the relay PC (PowerShell as Administrator), once for each cluster node: telyzer-relay add-sftp --host <node address> --user <login> --password <password> --dir /cdr --pattern *.BF, then Restart-Service TelyzerRelay.
  3. To have the relay read the folder, run on the relay PC (PowerShell as Administrator): telyzer-relay watch-folder --dir the watched folder, then Restart-Service TelyzerRelay.

Telyzer Server

  1. In OpenScape Voice Assistant push the billing files by SFTP to your Telyzer address into the watched folder, or add an SFTP pull of /cdr from both nodes on this connector.
Enter on the PBXValue
Folderthe watched folder
Check that it works: Make a short outside call and an internal call. Within a minute the connector shows "First call record received"; if it shows records that were not read, open the raw line and send it to support.

Check that it works

  1. Make an external test call and hang up. The phone system sends the record when the call ends, so it arrives a few seconds later.
  2. In Telyzer, Waiting for the first call record turns green when the first record is read. If it shows a problem instead — no connection yet, connections refused, or records that could not be read — it names the cause and shows the line received.
