How to connect NEC SV9100 / SV8100 (UNIVERGE) (SV9100, SV8100, SL2100, SL1100) to Telyzer Cloud and to a Telyzer Server.

Values in dashed boxes are this organization's own: the portal's How to connect panel shows them filled in, with copy buttons.

SMDR over LAN (Telyzer connects to the port set in 10-20)

Recommended for Telyzer Cloud and Telyzer Server. The date order follows 80-05-01 (MM/DD by default); change it on the connector if the PBX prints DD/MM. SV9500 / SV9300 print a different record — choose "On request".

Telyzer Cloud

  1. In PCPro or WebPro set 10-20 (type 5, SMDR Output) to a TCP port, for example 60010, and 35-01-01 to 3 (LAN). In 35-02 turn on incoming calls (35-02-08) and the caller's number (35-02-15), and in 14-01-06 switch SMDR on for every trunk. 35-01-08 stays 0 (NA type).
  2. Install the Telyzer Relay on a Windows PC in the same network as the PBX. In the relay choose "Telyzer connects to the PBX" and enter the PBX's address your PBX's address and port your PBX's port; the relay keeps the connection open and sends the records to Telyzer over HTTPS (outbound only).
  3. On the relay PC (PowerShell as Administrator) that is: telyzer-relay add-collector --kind tcp_connect --host your PBX's address --port your PBX's port, then Restart-Service TelyzerRelay.

Telyzer Server

  1. Set 10-20 (type 5) to a TCP port and 35-01-01 to 3 (LAN); turn on incoming calls in 35-02 and SMDR per trunk in 14-01-06.
  2. On this connector choose "Telyzer connects to the PBX" and enter the PBX's address your PBX's address and port your PBX's port. The server's built-in gateway connects from your Telyzer address and keeps the connection open; allow it through any firewall between the server and the PBX.

Check that it works: Make a short outside call and an internal call. Within a minute the connector shows "First call record received"; if it shows records that were not read, open the raw line and send it to support.

Check that it works

  1. Make an external test call and hang up. The phone system sends the record when the call ends, so it arrives a few seconds later.
  2. In Telyzer, Waiting for the first call record turns green when the first record is read. If it shows a problem instead — no connection yet, connections refused, or records that could not be read — it names the cause and shows the line received.
