How to connect Mitel MX-ONE (MX-ONE 7.x, MD110) to Telyzer Cloud and to a Telyzer Server.
Values in dashed boxes are this organization's own: the portal's How to connect panel shows them filled in, with copy buttons.
Call information logging over TCP (MX-ONE connects to Telyzer)
Recommended for Telyzer Cloud and Telyzer Server. The comma-separated subtype carries full dates and is preferred; the fixed formats (mdfp15, fp15) carry the time only.
Telyzer Cloud
- On the MX-ONE service node run: callinfo_output_set -lim all -output 0 -type tcp -subtype mdfp15 -server the relay PC's address -port 33333 -eol CRNL (or -subtype commaSeparated), then callinfo_status_set -state on -lim all -output 0, and check with callinfo_status_print.
- If the PBX can reach the internet, enter this connector's address your Telyzer address and port your connector's port on the PBX (direct push) and add your office's public IP address to the connector's allowed addresses. Otherwise install the Telyzer Relay on a PC in the PBX's network and enter the relay PC's address the relay PC's address and port 33333 instead.
- Through the relay: it listens on port 33333; to accept records from the PBX only, run on the relay PC (PowerShell as Administrator):
telyzer-relay set-input --listen-port 33333 --allow your PBX's address, thenRestart-Service TelyzerRelay.
Telyzer Server
- On the MX-ONE run: callinfo_output_set -lim all -output 0 -type tcp -subtype mdfp15 -server your Telyzer address -port your connector's port -eol CRNL, then callinfo_status_set -state on -lim all -output 0.
- Enter the server's built-in gateway address your Telyzer address and port your connector's port on the PBX, and allow that port through the Windows firewall on the server for the PBX's address.
| Enter on the PBX | Value |
|---|---|
| Address | your Telyzer address |
| Port | your connector's port |
Check that it works: Make a short outside call and an internal call. Within a minute the connector shows "First call record received"; if it shows records that were not read, open the raw line and send it to support.
Check that it works
- Make an external test call and hang up. The phone system sends the record when the call ends, so it arrives a few seconds later.
- In Telyzer, Waiting for the first call record turns green when the first record is read. If it shows a problem instead — no connection yet, connections refused, or records that could not be read — it names the cause and shows the line received.
